Starting on DAY ONE of 2026…start as you mean to go on!
You will join a private Facebook group for a seven day challenge based on daily Facebook lives with Joanna García, with fun, thoughtfulness, reflection, understanding, and action points to stimulate growth and self-awareness.
You can join live, or simply catch up another time. No pressure!
Challenge includes:
- practical understanding of performance anxiety and what YOUR performance anxiety looks like to you
- practical strategies for meeting that PA…and beginning to accept and release
daily self reflection tasks (a journal is advisable but not necessary)
- accountability prompts
- mini tasks to combat PA
- a supportive community with Joanna to guide you
- mini challenges to push you further - ONLY if you choose!
- Joanna’s inimitable energy and humour!
NB First Facebook live at 11.11am, 1st January 2026. Then six further lives 2nd: 11.11am 3rd: 9am 4th: 11.11am 5th: 8pm 6th: 8pm 7th: 8pm
