The 2024 Armadale Highland Gathering will be held at Champion Lakes Regatta Centre due to railway works near Minnawarra Park. Join us to celebrate all things Scottish including our wonderful Scottish Dogs.Bring your Scottish doggies to Meet and Greet Scottish Dogs area or come along and meet many Scottish breeds from terriers to hounds and chat to their owners. Operating from 8.30 am.
MEET AND GREET PROGRAM
1. 8.30 AM PERTH KILT RUN 2024 ๐คฉ๐ ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
This year Doggies and their owners will be able to participate in The Perth Kilt Run for the first time. Bring your doggies and enjoy the 2.5 km Classic walk/run with Dogs. 8.20 am Warmup on central stage ready for 8.30 am race start. Dogs will be last to move off.
Registration link includes kilts to purchase with all sizes from toddlers to XXL. Or DIY own kilt.
Proceeds from the PKR support three important local charities - Head Space Armadale, the Amanda Young Foundation and the Dogs Refuge Home ๐

2. MAYOR'S PARADE 9 AM
Always a highlight, the Scottish Dogs, many in best tartan kilts,
coats and bandanas join in the Mayorโs Parade and step out with
the pipers!
Assemble 8.45 am near Meet and Greet Scottish Dogs area.

4. BEST TRICK COMPETITION 10.30 AM - 11 AM
How clever is your doggie? Open to all to show your doggies Best Trick and win prizes.

PARKING
Note parking will be a minimum of 1 Km up to 2.5 Km walk to the event. There are shuttle buses however dogs not permitted ๐ So be prepared for a walk ๐พ along lakeside pathways from carpark to the Highland Gathering ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
