MEDVIA is organizing a mission to New York and Las Vegas this autumn. Our seven-part ‘Say Yes to the US’ series this year offered advice from American experts and Flemish companies on how European health innovations can enter the US market and thrive. Now we’re implementing this advice by giving you a foot in the door!

The first part of this October mission in New York provides companies with a golden opportunity to pitch to American investors. When we say these investors are more risk-averse, we also mean they are selective, prioritizing sound and innovative ventures. To secure their investment, your pitch needs to be exceptional, demonstrating not only the potential for significant returns but also the robustness and viability of your business model.

The event will provide ample opportunities to talk and connect with investors, offering a platform to showcase your innovative ideas and solutions. A selection of candidate companies will be chosen to pitch, depending on the available slots.

We strongly encourage attendees of our ‘Say Yes to the US’ sessions to come, but everyone is welcome to join the mission (even if they didn’t attend the sessions)! If you want to pitch, you’ll need to apply, but applications are also open to everyone! Apply here before August 5!

Please consult the website of Flanders Investment and Trade for reimbursement of your travel and lodging. This is not included!

• NYC: $250 flat fee covering 2 lunches, 2 dinners, bus and boat transfers.
• Las Vegas: $250 flat fee allowing you to use the MEDVIA booth and networking space for your meetings. Note: This does not include registration for the conference!

Please check with MEDVIA for conference registration and lodging in Las Vegas, we have a special discounted rate for the HLTH conference, as well as limited discounted hotel pricing as MEDVIA has a group booking! Registration before the deadline of August 5 is essential.

We recommend setting aside some €1,000 for travel , accommodation (per person) if you are joining us to New York, and around €4,000 for travel, accommodation and event fees if you are joining for Las Vegas (per person).
