Le Cordon Bleu Student Tasting Experience
Join us for an evening of culinary discovery and connection! Our talented Intermediate Cuisine students will present a Mediterranean-inspired canapé-style soirée, capturing the essence of early summer with sun-kissed flavours brought to life through pass-around service and thoughtfully curated stations.
Under the expert guidance of Chef Atifa Prinsloo, each station celebrates classic Mediterranean techniques reimagined with fresh creativity, showcasing the skill and artistry of the next generation of chefs.
- Hot & Cold Canapés – A refined selection of Mediterranean-inspired canapés, presented through elegant pass-around service in the restaurant and patio (weather permitting) alongside interactive canapé stations, highlighting fresh, seasonal flavours in a spring and early summer setting.
- Affogato Station – Inspired by the timeless Italian tradition of affogato, this station brings together creamy artisanal gelato and freshly brewed espresso, elevated with seasonal garnishes and delicate accompaniments for a refined, interactive dessert experience.
- Desserts – A selection of Classic French Patisserie to complement your culinary journey
