Whether you already have a solid practice for yourself or if you are new to any of these modalities, we offer you to join us in diving deeper over the course of 8 sessions between 17-18.30.

Oliver comes from a budhist upbringing and as a former world champion in Karate - now devoted Yogi, he is offering his own unique approach to the yoga flow, including different yogic practices mixed with mild breathwork and more.
WHERE:
The lovely yoga and temple space behind Shamballa Jewels in inner city Copenhagen.(Close to Kgs. Nytorv Metro).
HOW:
We offer participation in these 8 "M.Y.M" sessions for 800,-
and drop in spots for 150,-
Participation is reserved when payment is received at mobile pay

We don't do refunds, unless events are cancelled.
For full course participants, there is an option to sign up for our microdosing “coaching” sessions and sharing circles facilitated by a psychedelic therapist.
The greatest reward is to be found, if you can commit to the full course.
**PLEASE BE INFORMED:
- A microdosing protocol is not mandatory for your participation in these sessions.
- We don't serve / sell any psychedelic medicines at the M.Y.M sessions.
- *Formal Microdose “coaching” is not included in the MYM sessions, but we offer a personal program adjusted to your individual need and consideration at 750,- pr session if needed (including a referral + discount with a Holland based legal supplier).
- We have an array of body/psycho therapists connected to our circles. You are welcome to reach out if you are looking for assistance on a deeper level.
- We advice you to consult a healthcare professional, if you are considering micro/macrodosing psychedelics (especially if you are using any kind of medication).
