Join a welcoming group for an inspiring evening of meditation, guided by the unique teachings of the Sri Chinmoy Centre. Whether you’re completely new or have tried other forms of meditation, you’ll find practical techniques to help you experience more peace, clarity, and joy in daily life.

Our meditation room is warm and welcoming, with a range of seating options—chairs, cushions, and meditation stools—to suit your comfort. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring clean socks, as shoes are not worn inside for hygiene reasons.

To help create a peaceful atmosphere, we have a designated area for bags and jackets. We recommend leaving valuables at home.

To find the venue, please go down the driveway to the entrance just past the deck. Enter the foyer, and the event space is the first door on the left. You’ll see a “Meditation” sign on the door. Please remove your shoes in the foyer and wear or bring clean socks.

• Arrive by 6:50pm to settle in; the session begins promptly at 7:00pm
• All cellphones must be switched off and left with your belongings outside the event space
