For 2026 I am offering taster sessions periodically throughout the year.• It could be you would like to experience a meditation session before booking onto a 6 Week group or retreat.
• Perhaps your schedule means it’s not possible to commit to a whole 6 Week block.
• Maybe you just fancy dropping in to meditate every now and then…

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AT A GROUP?
Each session consists of 2 simple guided meditations and supportive spaces to share, dialogue and ask questions.
• SLOWING DOWN
We take a pause from reaching for the next thing, slow down and gently turn towards ourselves and our experience with a kind curiosity.
• ACCEPTANCE
Through our practice we realise the potential to welcome in and embrace everything just as it is; comfortable or uncomfortable, our tender parts and our shadows, along the way lovingly questioning our assumptions and beliefs and taking a peek into places we may have not looked before.
• STILLNESS
As we enter into the sacred heart of Eastern meditation, non-duality, self-enquiry and mindfulness we get to taste the stillness, peace, beauty and freedom that is always and already. There’s no fixing or healing, no complicated or fancy techniques, no transcending or trying to get to some other place than where you are!

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Hi, I’m David… I‘ve been meditating since the mid 1990's and my career as a facilitator started almost forty years ago, initially in sport and fitness and now for the last eleven years in wellbeing, supporting individuals, hosting groups and retreats in the U.K., India, Nepal, Thailand and Online.
My training in the therapeutic world has been extensive studying both Eastern and Western traditions however, I feel it is through finding peace in the most difficult times of my life that enables me to reach and support others the most.
I am a regular speaker at wellbeing events and a teacher and mentor on Spiritual Counselling and Psychotherapy diploma courses where I offer Mindfulness and Non-Duality.
As a writer I have contributed to articles for Insight Timer and The Health Of India magazine and in 2022 I published my first book of mindful poetry ‘Finding Peace In The Very Heart Of Life’.
For a number of years I would spend the English winters in India immersing myself in meditation, contemplation and Satsang, exploring the non-dual essence of reality with various modern day mystics and sages.
