🐒 Meditation for Monkey Mind
A 45-minute workshop designed to help you slow down, quiet the noise, and come back to yourself.
If you’ve been curious about meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) but never quite found a way to actually stick with it — this is for you.
This isn’t about doing it perfectly or sitting still with a “blank mind.”
It’s about understanding your mind, learning how to work with it, and creating small, practical shifts you can carry into your everyday life.
In this session, you’ll:
- learn simple, effective breathing techniques to release tension
- experience guided meditation in an easy, approachable way
- understand how to calm the constant overthinking (yes, the monkey mind 🐒)
- explore what it means to be present — without forcing it
The intention is not to escape your thoughts,
but to change your relationship with them.
After the 45-minute practice, we’ll have an additional 30 minutes to connect —
ask questions, share experiences, or simply sit and feel what’s shifted.
Come as you are. No pressure, no expectations.
