About this Event

If your mind is restless, if you struggle with anxiety, or if you’re striving for success or external validation yet still feel dissatisfied, this class is for you. Many of us are conditioned to look outward – toward achievement, productivity, or approval – believing peace is conditional on achieving success. Meditation offers another approach: find peace, clarity, and joy by stilling your mind and connecting with your inner world.


About the class

Join Ananda for a 60-minute introductory meditation class that explores the foundations of meditation, mindfulness, and spiritual practice in a practical and accessible way.

Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, this class offers a supportive environment to explore meditation at your own pace. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques to reduce stress, cultivate mindfulness, and develop greater ease, presence, and well-being in daily life.

Enrollment includes an exploratory period with Mandala of Light, allowing you to attend as many introductory classes as you’d like and begin building a meditation practice that truly works for you.


About the teacher

Ananda began his meditation journey seven years ago. Despite academic and professional success, he struggled with anxiety and a persistent sense that something deeper was missing. Discovering meditation was a major turning point in his life.

In 2018 he met his spiritual teacher and became a Buddhist initiate. After five years of dedicated practice, he was invited by his teacher to teach and guide new students. Drawing from contemporary Buddhist practice and a background in business, Ananda brings a grounded, practical approach to meditation. His classes bridge inner development with the realities of modern life.
