About this Event
This year’s theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘Movement: moving more for our mental health’. Let’s move the mind by taking a mindful break and meditating together.
Join us to step back from your busy thoughts, release tension, ease anxiety and create moments of tranquillity.
The meditation will start on time. Doors close at 6pm, so please arrive by 5.55pm.
