Meditation for All

A monthly facilitated session of guided meditations, reflections, discussion and tips for practice. A meditation for everyday life, all are welcome, regardless of experience. Please register in advance.

About the leader: Suzette Jones

Suzette is the house Chaplain. A lifelong Christian meditator and Mindfulness teacher of over twenty years, Suzette facilitates sessions which are open to all, regardless of faith or none.
