Meditation by the Lake

The Mindfulness Summer Series is BACK!

Tuesdays at 6:00 PM (stay for yoga at 6:30pm)

Location: Grassy area just south of Theater on the Lake, near Fullerton Beach (look for my sign that says Yoga Class Here)

Start your week with a rejuvenating 20-minute lakeside meditation circle to help you reset, reconnect, and realign before we move into the rest of the week.

We’ll gather for a guided mindful meditation, infused with calming breathing and energy healing. This is your time to slow down, release any stress, and tune back into yourself.

What to Expect– A guided 15-20-minute meditation 🧘‍♀️– Energy clearing– Mindful intention setting for your week– Come as you are — open to people who have never done meditation, and to people who do it daily. :) All are welcome.
