About Michael Tamam:
Michael has been practicing Meditation for 7 years, with teacher training under the guidance of esteemed Mindfulness teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
His teachings shine a modern light on ancient wisdom traditions on the nature of our mind, and how to access peace and freedom in the midst of challenging daily life. His approach to practice is highly inclusive, meaning that regardless of your experience or ability to concentrate, you will get the chance to learn an effortless style of meditation. This allows your mind to show its full radiance without heroic effort or struggle.
Michael is based in London, and teaches Meditation to both groups and individuals, alongside his day job at mental health and coaching startup - BetterU.
