Meditation 101 Workshop to Practice Finding Inner Peace

Join us on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 19th, for a warm and welcoming introduction to meditation. In the spirit of Dr. King’s message of nonviolence and community, we’re creating a space where you can learn how to bring a little more calm and clarity into your life.
