These common culinary staples are packed with nutritional and medicinal properties that are effective at fortifying the body and promoting optimal health and wellbeing. This workshop is designed to highlight the medicinal benefits of popular culinary herbs followed by a guided medicine making activity.

This event is perfect for plant medicine enthusiasts at the beginner or, experts level. In this 2.5 hour workshop, you will learn the healing properties of five (5) common culinary herbs, the various types of herbal medicine, followed by a guided medicine making activity - where you'll learn the history and process for making an oxymel.
