A 4‑week beginner herbal medicine‑making series in Houston, TX. Learn how to make safe, simple remedies at home while weaving in ancestral and spiritual practice. Join the full series or start with the first night and add the others as you go.


About this course – Ancestral Apothecary – Foundations (Level 1)

This 4‑week series is your starting place if you want to:

  • Safely make your own salves, teas, and simple blends
  • Build a small home apothecary with confidence
  • Learn herbal skills in a space that honors God, ancestors, and community

No prior experience is needed. You will leave each week with remedies you made yourself and simple ways to keep practicing at home.

  • Tuesdays: February 10, 17, 24 & March 3, 2026
  • Time: 6–8 p.m.
  • Location: Jesse's House Headquarters, Houston, TX
  • Limited to 12 seats

Try the first class. If you love it, you can purchase add‑on tickets for the remaining sessions (Feb 17, Feb 24, March 3) as long as seats are still available.

You can sign up for the full series right away or start with Night 1 and build your path with add‑ons.(That's how you get tje FULL discount! Prices go frpm $60 per session to $75 per session after Feb 3rd)

What you’ll learn (Level 1 Outcomes)

By the end of the series, you will:

  • Understand basic herbal safety, preparation methods, and simple dosage
  • Know how to make at least three types of beginner remedies (salve, tea blend, oil or simple blend)
  • Have a small set of recipes and skills you can repeat at home
  • Practice bringing ancestral and spiritual care into your herbal work

Receive a Level 1 Home Herbalist Foundations Certificate (for full‑series participants who complete the requirements)
“Full‑series students who complete the course receive a Level 1 Home Herbalist Foundations Certificate. This shows you’ve completed 8 hours of live, hands‑on training plus guided home practice in beginner herbal medicine‑making, safety, and ancestral practice. Your certificate includes an hour + skills summary you can use as part of your training record if you decide to continue into longer herbal programs or community‑herbalist pathways.” JC Jackson
You will recieve your welcome packet with agenda and instructions 48 hours before class. Materials are included!
