This workshop offers a fresh approach to Medicine Buddha practice, focusing on its power to heal strong habitual patterns and persistent emotional imbalances. Through visualization and mantra, we will deepen our practice of purification and healing at subtle levels of body and mind.
Medicine Buddha practice addresses not only physical illness but also the emotional imbalances that disturb our well-being: grief, anxiety, attachment, resentment, and confusion. As we visualize Medicine Buddha with openness and devotion, we restore the connection between body, mind, and subtle energies—and discover that the path of awakening relies on an inner capacity to heal ourselves.
There will be a tea break with snacks halfway through the workshop.
