What’s in your Medicine Basket or Tool Chest? What are the essential tools, unique "medicine" that you use to help yourself and others?

Everyone has a set of self care tools and Medicine that we carry with us everyday. That is how we made it this far! We are often amazed with our journey when we look back, discovering what we truly value the most.

What’s in your Medicine Basket or Tool Chest? What are the essential tools you use to help yourself and others? We will engage with inquiry to identify our strengths and look at “weaknessess” with a fresh perspective.

The basket or tool chest symbol is a container that represents the inner self. As we Draw out our medicine, we acknowledge the deep inner knowing of who we really are. We each have a unique part to play in the weave of life. Acknowledging ourselves and others is so Important and creates greater Heart/Brain Coherence, Peace of Heart❤ for ourselves and everyone we encounter! We will also be using the symbol of a Red Thread of Connection in a simple but profound circle that grounds us into this way of knowing and connecting.

Activities: Journaling and Inquiry, Somatic Movement, Connect in Red Thread Circle, Rewire and Heal past hurts, Grounding in your Space and Creating Art from your Heart, a Visual Representation to Connect to this feeling again and again.

No art experience necessary, although even an advanced artist would benefit from this exploration of our True Heart’s Connection to our Creative Source. Your Beautiful Art will be a Reflection of the Artistic Intelligence that you Are!

All supplies included.. wear clothes you can paint in:) Please bring a journal, any easy to bring art supplies you have already, a warm beverage and an open heart!
