About this Event

You don’t get a second chance at a first impression, especially in the media.

Coldwater Communications is launching Media Training 101: Lunch Hour Sessions, a small-group training designed to give you the tools, confidence, and clarity to show up as a compelling spokesperson in any interview setting.

Led by Fiona Forbes, a seasoned broadcaster and media expert, this one-hour session is hands-on, practical, and intentionally capped at just 8 participants to ensure time for Q&A.
