Get in touch with your senses thro various nature beauty spots in the City of Edinburgh
About this Event

I aim to empower you to put yourself 1st by connecting with nature intimately thro your senses. We will also follow the changes in the seasons. This months being Spring ?


On arrival we will have an introduction welcome to all thro a lighthearted activity


We will gently wander to our chosen nature spot from the start point. We will be generally taking in the surrounding beauty of all the senses in silence.


On arrival at our spot I will guide a short grounding meditation & option to sense grounding essential oil


I will then make a few suggestions. All optional. There will be the choice to immerse with your senses in a chosen spot close to our original group spot. You can wander & note what you experience visually/writing/draw or by memory. I strongly recommend having your phone off. Each part will be for 10-15 minutes.


Afterwards there is the opportunity to share with the group or share 1-1

We will then meander back to our start point to finish


There is one community space available for paying what you can. Please DM me to take this up. If you wish to avoid fees also DM me direct to book in.


Lothian bus 16 stops at Dreghorn Park a few minutes walk to the Bridge over the Braid burn meeting point in Dreghorn Woods

Waterproof jacket & warm clothing as we will be still during immersion with nature.

A note pad & pencil should you wish to log your experience in words/picture or a piece of nature to take home.
