In this class, we'll prepare a handful of versatile staples that can be mixed and matched into bowls, salads, sandwiches, or wraps. Then, guide you through making pickled red onions, creamy tzatziki, and a vibrant green goddess dressing—pantry staples that will take your meal prep to the next level.
Expect to eat our creations together and discover the art of batch cooking and assembling meals with ease, using fresh ingredients and bold flavors. By the end of the class, you’ll have the skills to create multiple meals from one prep session, saving time without sacrificing taste. Perfect for busy schedules and healthy eating goals, this class is your ticket to stress-free, flavorful meals.
