About this Event
This one-night regional dinner will showcase a thoughtfully curated multi-course experience inspired by the islands' rich history, volcanic landscape, and deep connection to the sea.

- $95 per ticket – includes tax and gratuity, does not include Eventbrite fees
- This event will feature open seating, designed to create a relaxed and social dining atmosphere with courses being served in a shared, celebratory format.
- Located on the 29th floor of MDRD. Access to the event space requires one flight of stairs. If you or anyone in your party may need assistance, please reach out to us in advance so we can ensure a smooth and comfortable arrival.

Welcome Bites:
Canary Island Cheese & Fruit Platter
paired with Bóla - vodka, honeydew-listan blanco cordial, lime, soda, melon ball
Appetizer:
Morcilla y Papas Aruggadas - blistered shishito pepper, baby potato, mojo verde, alisios cheese
paired with Gran Canaria - aged rum, acidulated pineapple, listan negro, torched blackberry, grilled pineapple granita, smoked salt
Entrée:
Sancocho - stewed salted cod, smoked sunchoke, gofio, mojo rojo
paired with Lomas de Lahusen - pipeno, paiz
Dessert:
Trucha y Bienmasabe - puff pastry, sweet potato, papaya sorbet, marcona almond brittle
paired with Cafe Bonita - pisco, orgeat, chilled espresso, malted cream, manuka honey dust (almonds)
