The Marine Corps League Midwest Division is hosting its annual conference on April 30-May 2, 2026, at the Embassy Suites in Des Moines, Iowa - hosted by the Larry Nehring Detachment #103 of the MCL and the MCL Department of Iowa. Activities include meetings for the Midwest Division MCL Auxiliary and the Military Order of the Devil Dog (MODD) Growl for the Midwest Division.
