On Tuesday, April 21st, 6:00-7:30 p.m., Augustana University will host a mayoral candidate forum in Hamre Recital Hall, followed by a candidate meet-and-greet. The event is sponsored by the Augustana Government Club with support from the Sioux Falls League of Women Voters. Augustana University President Stephanie Herseth Sandlin will moderate. It is free and open to the public.
Questions for the candidates may be submitted in writing at the event, or emailed in advance to [email protected]
The Augustana Government Club is a nonpartisan group of students studying the political process. The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan, grassroots organization working to protect and expand voting rights and ensure everyone is represented in our democracy. Hamre Recital Hall is located in the Fryxell Humanities Center on campus.
