Perfect way to unwind and recharge in a cozy, welcoming space. Bring a mat/blanket/pillow and get ready to drift away with the calming sounds of the crystal singing bowls. See you there!

We will have some blankets and pillows available to borrow if needed.

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle into the space. We will have a warm herbal tea blend waiting for you in the teapot!
