Welcome to Celestial Sounds
As May unfolds, nature reaches a point of vibrant expression—flowers open, days lengthen, and everything feels alive with possibility. This sound bath is an invitation to align with that same energy within yourself: to soften, to open, and to grow at your own natural pace.
Guided by soothing sounds from crystal bowls, harp, gongs, chimes, and other calming instruments, you’ll be gently held in a space of deep relaxation. The frequencies help quiet the mind, release tension from the body, and support emotional reset—like a nervous system exhale after the busyness of daily life.
This session is inspired by the energy of late spring—a time of expansion, connection, and coming into full bloom. Whether you’re seeking rest, clarity, or simply a moment to reconnect with yourself, you’ll be supported to let go of what feels heavy and create space for something new.
Come as you are. Lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to do the work. Join us at Amersham Band Hall Friday 12th May . Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
