Part 1: I Am Enough
The success in believing in the truth that you are enough can seem like a lifelong quest. But where did these ideas come from?
Society? Previous trauma? Or maybe we inherited these beliefs?
By combining yoga poses and aperitif breath work, we are able to assist in creating the necessary shifts with exponential speeds.
Expect a day of laughter, self-reflection and a dynamic yoga practise to help shift you from one familiar state into a place of confidence, self-belief & discernment.
Part 2:
Say Yes To You

The Lung channel is associated with taking a deep breath, when we take a deep breath we are saying yes to ourselves, at least in that moment.
This class is a combination of yoga and meridian therapy as we explore a dynamic sequence of chest opening poses to access the long channel to help improve deeper breathing.
Followed by self-acupressure work and meridian meditation, participants will learn how to direct breath into the acupressure points that are specific to connecting to our own personal gifts.
