This is a mindfulness group where we make fidget/sensory items, engage with a soothing sensory activity of some kind and enjoy a meditation to round out the session.

It's a monthly group and each meet up costs £10 (which includes all required materials and light refreshments).

This takes place at my home in Castle Bromwich and runs from 7pm to 9pm.

May we will be working with some squidgy sensory sensations to make 3D moon pictures 🌕 we will be making some spinner discs for the fidgets and ending by using the spinners for a bit of meditation 💜🧘🏼‍♀️💜
