We are honored to welcome Houston City Councilwoman Alejandra Salinas as our Induction Officer. A trailblazer in public service, she made history as the first Latina elected to City Council in 30 years and the first openly LGBTQ member of the Council. Her leadership embodies the progress, representation, and empowerment that NAWBO proudly champions.
