A Monthly Floating Soundbath Experience
There are moments when the body needs more than rest. It needs to be held, supported and gently recalibrated. Float and Listen is a deeply immersive soundbath experience where you float in warm water while being guided through a live therapeutic sound journey, allowing your nervous system to soften, your mind to quieten and your whole system to reset.
Held in the tranquil swimming pool at Felbrigg Lodge, nestled in the ancient landscape surrounding the historic Felbrigg estate, this experience offers a rare blend of water therapy, sound healing and sacred stillness.
Spaces are intentionally limited, ensuring an intimate, safe and profoundly personal experience.
A Setting Steeped in History & Stillness
Felbrigg sits within one of North Norfolk’s most enchanting landscapes, an estate whose roots stretch back over 900 years, recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 and shaped through centuries of stewardship.
The surrounding woodlands, lakes, and parkland have long been considered a place of retreat, contemplation, and restoration, with the Jacobean Hall and its ancient grounds offering a rare atmosphere of deep peace and timeless presence.
Today, Felbrigg Lodge rests quietly within this sacred landscape, holding a natural calm that invites the nervous system to soften and the mind to release.
To float here is to step into a slower rhythm, one shaped by history, nature, and deep restorative silence.
The Experience:
During this 90 minute experience, you’ll enjoy a one hour- Float and Listen soundbath, gently supported by warm water as the theraputic instruments are playing live around the pool. The sound moves across the water’s surface and through your body, creating soft waves of vibration that are felt as well as heard.
Water naturally amplifies sound, allowing frequencies to travel more deeply through the tissues, fascia and nervous system, supporting profound relaxation and emotional release.
Following the soundbath, you’ll have a further 30 minutes to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi facilities, allowing the experience to integrate and settle at your own pace. Air beds will be provided.

• Japanese chimes
• Soft percussion
• Water Harp
• Tibetan Bowls.. and more
The result is a deeply cocooning experience, one that many describe as floating meditation, nervous system therapy, and soul nourishment combined.

Float & Listen takes place once a month on Sunday mornings, offering a gentle, nourishing way to begin your week feeling grounded, calm, and deeply resourced.
