For the lovely month of May, The Las Vegas Celtic Society Book Club will be reading and discussing Once There Were Wolves, a New York Times best-selling novel by Charlotte McConaghy. This suspenseful novel follows Inti Flynn, a biologist who re-introduces gray wolves into the Scottish Highlands in order to re-wild the landscape. While facing dangerous resistance from local farmers, Inti navigates a murder investigation, protects her sister from past trauma, and falls in love, exploring themes of healing, violence, and environmentalism.
