Join Sarasota City and Keep Sarasota County Beautiful on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at MAXINE BARRITT PARK for a morning of community service and positive impact. KSCB event T-shirts available to the first 300 that register. Sizes subject to availability.

Important Event Info

WHERE TO MEET: We will meet at Maxine Barritt Park Parking Lot (a map will be emailed to you, after registration)

RELEASE FORMS: After registering for the event via Eventbrite, be sure to fill out a release form prior to the event which can be done online. STEP 2: 2026 Liberty Litter Cleanup Waiver

TIME: Cleanup will begin at 8:00 AM

WHAT TO WEAR: Volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes like sneakers, along with sun protection and clothing suitable for the weather.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Sarasota City and KSCB will provide all cleanup supplies (trash bags, disposable gloves).

PARKING: Parking is available at the location. Carpooling is always encouraged!

Info: When you first arrive, please check in with the site captain and network with fellow volunteers. This is a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals within your community!

Info: During the event, we will be actively removing litter from your location. This effort not only enhances the community but also has a positive impact on the surrounding environment. It's a fantastic opportunity to give back and make a meaningful difference!

Info: During the final part of the event, you'll report your litter collection to the site captain. Your efforts have played a key role in keeping Sarasota County beautiful—thank you for making a difference!
