Jim Craig is widely known as the heart and soul of the 1980 USA Olympic Hockey team. The “Miracle on Ice” victory for the United States over the vaunted, seemingly unbeatable Soviet Union team is largely regarded as one of the most extraordinary sports victories of all time, and the team’s success is attributed to exceptional teamwork. Jim has parlayed his incredible work ethic and determination into an impressive sales career, spanning over 30 years. He has also translated many of the essential teamwork principles from the Olympics into successful business methods.

Jim Campbell is the founder and CEO of AXIM Fringe Solutions Group, LLC. Following an Honorable Discharge for medical reasons from the U.S. Marine Corps, Jim began a career in the health insurance business working for United Healthcare (UHC), where he re-established UHC’s small business platform in the state of Maryland. Since 2004, Jim built on that experience by starting a small private benefits brokerage and financial planning firm, where he spent six successful years. This was a formative experience that reinforced for Jim the value of solid business practices and relationships. In 2011, Jim created AXIM Fringe Solutions Group – the nation’s first and only health and welfare administration and compliance firm that is a government contractor.
As founder/CEO, Jim oversees all aspects of the business and assists clients and teams build the best solutions for benefits and administration of H/W while understanding the impact of the various requirements and nuances therein. The AXIM team provides industry-leading compliance technology and much-needed guidance on how to maximize benefits, administration, and compliance reporting of the H/W while maximizing the profitability of government contracts.

Cancellation Policy - Live Event Attendees
Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be extended for live MAXIMIZE Conference registrations cancelled at least one month prior to the event (3/03/2023). No refunds for the live event will be extended after 3/04/2023. Registrations may, however, be transferred to another guest at any time.
Guests staying at the La Cantera Resort or other hotels in the area should review that property’s cancellation policy. Event attendees are responsible for making their own hotel cancellations.
