The Max Loves Midland Navigation Team is a cross section of the community. All voices are invited and welcomed.This group meets quarterly to receive updates on progress in topics important to help make Midland a place where everyone thrives. The group will hear from speakers and provide input that will help solve important issues our community is facing. Additionally, we ask that members take action - at the end of the meeting members learn ways they can play a part in community improvement.
All community members are welcome to be part of the Max Loves Midland Navigation team, but an RSVP is required to [email protected] one week before the event.
The next Max Loves Midland Navigation Team Meeting will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 9-11 a.m. on the 1st floor of the Griswold Communication Building on Northwood University’s campus. Hear from local leaders that work diligently on issues in the community and discuss and provide your own experience and feedback.
This meeting's topic is: From Crisis to Care
How Midland County Is Preventing Harm, Supporting Recovery, and Building Safer Communities
We will discuss the impactful prevention, diversion and rehabilitation programs in Midland County. Topics like School Resource Officers, Mental Health Court, Recovery Court, and Hope Not Handcuffs will be discussed.
