If you plan to enroll a kindergartener at MPS, this event is for you!MPS will host one Kindergarten Snapshot event for all incoming kindergarteners at all buildings, providing a general overview of all you need to know to enroll in kindergarten. Topics covered will include a presentation about expectations for kindergarten, enrollment instructions, needed forms and documents, a “day in the life of an MPS kindergartener”, and more. Representatives from Chartwells (food service), Transportation (bus service), and the Greater Midland Community Center (on-site before- and after-care) will also be there to answer questions and provide info.
Other details:
• Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
• Seating will be limited, so only parents and guardians should attend. Childcare will not be provided.
• The presentation will be recorded and available on MPS-TV, YouTube, and the MPS website for anyone who cannot attend.
• Additional school-specific meetings will be held on February 26 (Pre-Primary Center for Developmental Kindergarten) and April 13 (all elementary buildings).
