About this Event
Join us for a relaxed, supportive and social mummy-and-baby event combining gentle postnatal Pilates followed by a social catch-up with light refreshments! It’s the perfect chance to reconnect with your body after pregnancy, bond with your baby, and meet other local mums in a friendly and welcoming space.
This event is designed for new mums (6 weeks+ postpartum) and babies who are non walkers
