Step into a peaceful outdoor setting created to help you reconnect with your body and refresh your mind. Join us for a guided wellness session focused on restoration, mobility, sculpting, and toning. This two-part experience blends functional movement and Pilates, offering an intentional space for renewal, fluid movement, and intentional self-care.

Info: Our Title Sponsor will give an introduction. Headliner Optimal Fitness will introduce On Q Fitness and vendors that will be on-site for merchandise, services, and refreshments.

Info: Yannika will lead you through a series of stretch and mobility movements on the mat allowing you to experience the release of tightness and tension. You will discover space and restore your body with breathing guidance and myofascial release.

Info: Quntra will provide a garden mat workout, where Pilates-inspired core work meets the elegance of barre. Enjoy full-body exercises that sculpt, tone, and lengthen your muscles through mindful movement and bodyweight training.

Info: We will take a moment to chat on the mats with our leader instructors to discuss the benefits of stretching and strengthening. Guests will have the opportunity to exchange questions and share their wellness experience.

Info: We are going to loosen and move our bodies with a quick dance session in the garden. This fun movement of upbeat music and dance will be just what we need to get ourselves back energized!
