About this Event
Matriarchal Breakfasts are Beetroot Consulting’s signature breakfast series, a space for deliberate convening, honest conversation and relationship‑first leadership.
These breakfasts form part of Beetroot’s wider commitment to matriarchal ways of working are rooted in matriarchal values; care, responsibility, practice, experience, and leadership that looks beyond ego or hierarchy.
While inspired by matriarchal ways of leading, these breakfasts are open to everyone who is curious about more human, sustainable ways of showing up in leadership, work and community.
Across the year, we host a rotating series of breakfasts focused on technology, leadership, feminism, wellness, identity, and change in real organisations. Some sessions are roundtables, some are conversations, some are lightly facilitated talks, all are rooted in curiosity, care and lived experience.
You’ll be welcomed as you are.
You’ll be invited to think, listen and speak, not perform.
And yes, there will be bagels.
