MATERIAL FOR THE SPINE - 4 alkalmas kurzus Hajós Nórával
A kurzusról
A workshop betekintést nyújt Hajós Nóra hosszú évek óta folytatott gyakorlatába és kutatásába, amely a Material for the Spine munkára épül. Steve Paxton rendszere a hát belső és külső izomzatának feltérképezésén keresztül arra törekszik, hogy tudatosságot hozzon a test „sötét oldalára” — vagyis arra a „másik”, belső oldalra, amelyet kevésbé látunk és érzékelünk. A cél, hogy ezekből a területekből származó érzeteket a tudatba emeljük, és figyelem tárgyává tegyük.
A napok során az alábbiakkal dolgozunk:
a belső érzékelésre hangolódunk Steve Paxton kedvenc bemelegítésein keresztül
tanuljuk és gyakoroljuk a talajon való gördülést, spirál (helix) és más formák mentén
hullámzó (unduláló) mozgásokat vizsgálunk
a pillanatról pillanatra történő tudatosság finomhangolásán dolgozunk
megtaláljuk a saját „kis táncunkat”
és követjük az improvizáció spontán kibontakozását a csoportban
A kurzus bárki számára nyitott, előzetes tapasztalat nem szükséges a részvételhez, csak nyitottság a kiemelt térben való kísérletezéshez. A férőhelyek száma limitált, kiscsoportos munkát szeretnék, hogy el tudjuk mélyedni a gyakorlásban és hétről hétre tudjunk építkezni.
Nóráról
Hajós Nóra (HU/USA) táncos tanulmányait 4 éves korában kezdte, szülőhazájában, Magyarországon. Az elmúlt 37 évben tánc- és mozgásművészet tanításával és előadások létrehozásával foglalkozott és alkotott Európában, az USA-ban, Kanadában és Dél- Amerikában. Tanárai, kikkel később előadótársként többször együttműködik: Steve Paxton (a kontakt improvizáció forma megalapítója), Lisa Nelson (Tuning Score, rögtönző kompozíció), Simone Forti (Logomotion – táncbeszéd/táncmese).

Material for the Spine Course - 4 times course with Hajos Nóra
About the course
The workshop is an introduction to Nóra’s longtime practice and study of Material for the spine. Steve Paxton's system for exploring the interior and exterior muscles of the back aims to bring consciousness to the dark side of the body, that is, the 'other' side or the inside, those sides not much self-seen, and to submit sensations from them to the mind for consideration.
During the days we will practice:
focusing on our inner sensations with Steve`s favorite warm ups.
learning and practicing rolling on the floor, in spiral (helix) and other forms.
studying undulations (wavelike movements).
moment to moment awareness tuning.
finding your own small dance.
and following the spontaneous rise of improvisation in the group.
The course is open to everyone; no prior experience is required, only a willingness to explore within a focused and supportive space.
The number of participants is limited, as we aim to work in a small group setting, allowing for deeper practice and a process that can build progressively from week to week.
About Nóra
Nóra Hajós (H/USA) started her dance studies at age 4 in her native Hungary. For the past 37 years, she has been teaching the art of dance and movement improvisation, as well as creating performances in Europe, USA, Canada and South America.
Nóra studied in-depth with the following teachers, with whom she also collaborated and performed in many occasions: Steve Paxton (the originator of contact improvisation), Lisa Nelson (Tuning Scores) and Simone Forti (Logomotion).
