Nagy örömmel fogadjuk Budapesten Maria Filalit egy különleges, egyhetes tangó programra.
A hét központi témája: The Living Dialogue – az élő párbeszéd a tangóban.
Hogyan születik meg két ember között a valódi kapcsolódás? Hogyan válik a követés aktív jelenlétté?
Mitől lesz a mozdulat élő, zenei és közös?
A hét során olyan témákat érintünk majd, mint:
– timing és szinkronicitás
– kapcsolódás és ölelés
– mozgásminőség
– spirálok és ochók
– struktúra, giro, áramlás
– grounding és közös tengely
Az órák időpontjai és tematikája:
***Hétfő 18:00-19:15 Struktúra és kapcsolódás
Kapcsolódás és földelés egy közös „belső térképen” keresztül: precizitás és könnyedség a kapcsolódásban.
A test struktúrájának és az ölelésnek használata a groundinggal összefüggésben.
***Hétfő 19:30-20:45 Timing és szinkronicitás = partnerség
Megosztott felelősségek a tánc során.
• A lendület mint a táncoló pár arany partnere
• Kapcsolódás a járás szinkronicitásán keresztül / együttszabályozás timing által
***Kedd 18:00-19:15 Mozgásminőség és kapcsolódás
Szenzorialitás és érzékenység az érintésben.
(A kezek és lábak használata, kompresszió / expanzió fogalma)
***Szerda 18:00-19:15 Kapcsolódás az ölelésben és zeneiség
Belső áramlás, a mozdulat „belélegzése”… a kevesebb csinálás, több érzékelés ígérete!
De ugyanakkor: többet létrehozni kevesebb erőfeszítéssel.
***Szerda 19:30-20:45 Spirálok és ochók
Mozgásminőség: végtelen spirálok / végtelen ochók
(Belső tér és idő megteremtése)
***Csütörtök 18:00-19:15 Struktúra és flow — alkalmazás a giróban
Lineáris vs. körkörös — precizitás és áramlás // Könnyedség a giróban
Az órák egymásra épülnek, mégis nyitottak különböző szintek számára.

Tango Week in Budapest at KITango Budapest
June 8–12, 2026
We are delighted to welcome Maria Filali to Budapest for a special week-long tango program.
The central theme of the week is: The Living Dialogue — the living conversation within tango.
How does true connection emerge between two people? How does following become an active presence?
What makes movement alive, musical, and shared?
Throughout the week, we will explore themes such as:
– timing & synchronicity
– connection & embrace
– quality of movement
– spirals & ochos
– structure, giro & flow
– grounding & shared axis
Schedule & workshop topics:
***Monday 18:00–19:15 | Structure & Connection
Grounding and connecting through a shared “Inner Map”: precision and ease within the connection.
Using the structure of the body and the embrace in relation to grounding.
***Monday 19:30–20:45 | Timing & Synchronicity = Partnership
Shared responsibilities within the dance.
• Momentum as a golden ally for the dancing couple
• Connecting through synchronicity in walking / co-regulating through timing
***Tuesday 18:00–19:15 | Quality of Movement & Connection
Sensoriality and sensitivity within the contact.
(Use of the hands and feet, notions of compression and expansion)
***Wednesday 18:00–19:15 | Connection in the Embrace & Musicality
Inner flow, breathing through the movement… the promise of doing less and feeling more.
But also: doing more with less effort.
***Wednesday 19:30–20:45 | Spirals & Ochos
Quality of movement: endless spirals / infinite ochos
(Creating inner space and time)
***Thursday 18:00–19:15 | Structure & Flow — Application to the Giro
Linear vs. circular: precision and flow // Ease within the giro
The workshops build upon each other, while remaining open to different levels of experience.
