Join us for Mat Pilates with Namastate of Mind on the Lincoln Common Plaza. Strengthen, lengthen, and build core stability with Mat Pilates, a low-impact class designed to improve posture, balance, and flexibility. Using bodyweight resistance and precise movements, this session targets deep core muscles, enhancing overall strength and mobility. Expect controlled exercises, intentional breathwork, and mindful alignment to support both functional movement and injury prevention. Perfect for all levels, this class leaves you feeling strong, centered, and more connected to your body.
This class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.
