About this Event
This low-impact, 50 minute open-level Mat Pilates class will use a combination of traditional Pilates exercises and innovative variations using your body weight, props, and/or small weights to help build strength, flexibility, mobility, and strengthen your core, all while having fun and getting your body moving.
