Yoga Pilates Co. is a BRAND NEW studio opening August 2025 at 1151. W Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60607 founded by Stephanie Cantu.
We are so excited to start hosting classes at this super asthetic photography studio in Bridgeport. We're welcoming new students with open arms, and so excited to start building this community.
Slate Studios is a bright, spacious , and beautiful studio located in Bridgeport. Owner Bekah Wriedt founded the studio January 2025.
Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, Stephanie will closely follow the Joseph Pilates’ original Contrology sequence, with slight modifications to ensure safety and accessibility for all. Each movement is designed to lengthen, strengthen, and challenge your body while maintaining the integrity of the classical practice.
We’ll focus on the foundational principles of Pilates, including spinal alignment, breath control, and mindful movement, to help you deepen your understanding of the practice and enhance your overall strength and mobility.
