LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
By purchasing a ticket for and/or participating in this outdoor Pilates event hosted by Studio Flow, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that Pilates and outdoor physical activity involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, slips, falls, or other accidents. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
Medical Acknowledgment
I understand that this event is not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment for any physical or medical condition. I affirm that I am responsible for knowing my own physical limitations and medical conditions. I understand that participation is at my own risk, even if I am unaware of a condition at the time of participation.
Health Disclosure
I agree to communicate any major health restrictions, injuries, pregnancies, or medical conditions that may interfere with movement to the instructor prior to or during the class, regardless of fault.
Release of Liability
I hereby waive, release, and discharge Studio Flow, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, volunteers, and agents, as well as the property owner and/or premises where the event takes place, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to my participation, including those resulting from negligence, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
Binding Agreement
This waiver applies to me and my heirs, assigns, and representatives. By participating in this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release.
