About this Event
Join Farcia De’Toles for an immersive and transformative live, in-person workshop series designed to help you master the healing of your seven major chakras.
We will begin by recapitulation of first four so if you missed any of last year's series you can become familiarized on key benefits of connecting and moving with the Root and Sacral chakras in February, and the Solar Plexus and Heart chakras in March. In, April, May, and June, Farcia will introduce the three upper Chakras.
•April: The Throat (gateway for energy between head & lower body) During these sessions there will be teachings of self expression and confidence through sounding, singing, and deep breathing.
•May: Third Eye
In these sessions Farcia will focus teaching movements that open up one's intuition and self- realization as well as imagination.
•June: Crown (located top of the head where spirit meets the body)
Farcia will teach the benefits to connecting with body, mind and spirit through African Healing Dance and Nia Somatic techniques, energizing the Seven Major Chakras along the spine to the top of the crown, inspiring higher consciousness and self healing.

From Farcia De’Toles: At the heart of my work lies a profound mission: to unlock the joy and healing power of movement, bridge cultural divides, and enhance global wellness. Originating from the vibrant rhythms of Liberia, West Africa, my passion is to merge the dynamic essence of rhythm with the restorative nature of movement. With a career spanning more than twenty years, I have devoted myself to developing Natural Rhythm Healing. This innovative approach, which I have the honor of introducing, is designed to make the therapeutic benefits of movement accessible to all, regardless of health conditions, age, prior experience, or body type. Through this practice, my goal is to celebrate the universal joy of movement, cultivating a sense of unity and well-being among diverse communities.
I view dance as a profound medium for healing, unity, and celebration, aiming to deliver peace, harmony, and community. Through Nia and African Healing Dance, I aspire to transcend physical wellness, seeking to align mind, body, and spirit with universal rhythms. My goal is to inspire individuals towards holistic wellness through dance, offering a path to personal growth and community connection.
I invite you to join me on a transformative path to health, harmony, and overall well-being, all driven.
