About your facilitator: Jason Bell, Know your Pace

Jason Bell has 17 years of professional experience in the UK and US across technology businesses and consultancy. He has led big teams, managed large P&Ls and served on a senior Board of Directors. For 12+ years Jason held commercial leadership roles at Amazon and three start-ups, one of which was acquired by Google. He was a qualified hiring Bar Raiser at Amazon, an objective third party for other departments with a hiring veto, for 4+ years and conducted 500+ Amazon interviews. Jason has a keen interest in people development and supporting others to achieve their goals. He serves as an advisor to students and Alumni at leading UK and European business and engineering schools for interview preparation and tech career navigation. Jason completed an MBA at Oxford's Saïd Business School and is currently a Director at Know Your Pace Limited.
