About this Event
Mastering hiPSC Suspension Culture: Setup, Aggregate Control & Long‑Term Maintenance is a multi‑day, expert‑guided workshop designed for researchers looking to scale human iPSC cultures beyond traditional adherent systems. Participants will learn how to establish and optimize suspension platforms, control aggregate size and uniformity, and maintain pluripotency and viability across multiple passages. The training combines practical demonstrations with real‑world troubleshooting to help attendees recognize early signs of culture stress, prevent failure, and improve reproducibility. Additional focus is placed on QC checkpoints, system setup, agitation strategies, and workflow consistency to support downstream applications such as organoid development, differentiation, and bioprocessing. By the end of the workshop, participants will gain the technical confidence and foundational skills needed to run robust, high‑quality hiPSC suspension cultures at scale.
