In a market where 'readiness is everything,' this masterclass offers the unique opportunity to work with two complementary figures of the artistic scene: Paolo Antonio Simioni (Acting Coach and Pedagogue) and Kata Bartsch (Casting Director).
The goal is to provide actors with a solid analytical method to break down the script and, subsequently, the practical tools to remain magnetic and 'casting-ready' under pressure."

The program:
-> Day 1-4
Technical Foundations and The Method
Led by Paolo Antonio Simioni
The first 4 days are dedicated to acquiring the analytical tools necessary for actor autonomy.
The work will focus on:
• The Tripartite Structure of the Character: A study of the character's complex framework to achieve an organic, non-stereotypical construction.
• The Three Levels of Script Analysis: A systematic approach to decoding what is written, what is acted, and what is left unsaid—transforming the word into physical and emotional action.
• Immersion in the Simioni Pedagogical System: A deep dive designed to break down resistances and prepare the "creative ground."

Coaching & Auditioning
Led by Kata Bartsch and Paolo Antonio Simioni.
"On the final day, theory transforms into immediate practice under the combined gaze of the coach and, crucially, the casting director:
• Application of the Method: Transposing the three levels of analysis onto film and television scenes using fast and effective tools.
• Casting Practice: Audition sessions directed by Kata Bartsch. Participants will experience the real-world dynamics of a screen test, learning to manage the unexpected and to enhance their acting choices in front of the lens.”

led by Alessia Pellegrino to support the 5-day training journey

Targeted Feedback: A direct evaluation of performances to refine communicative effectiveness and technical precision.
About the Coaches:
• Paolo Antonio Simioni: Internationally renowned pedagogue, director, and acting coach. He is the creator of a tripartite system that provides fast, practical, and effective tools based on high-level techniques from the Stanislavski tradition. As a coach, he consistently trains actors and actresses involved in major film and theater projects, both nationally and internationally.
• Kata Bartsch: Hungarian casting director and actress. She is known for having cast numerous famous movies and TV series. To name a few: Magyarázat mindenre; Mellékhatás; A Király; Lefkovicsék gyászolnak; Véletlenül írtam egy könyvet; Apatigris; Rossz versek; A tanár and many others.
