Monday 25th August is the Feast of St Genesius, the patron saint of actors, dancers, singers and comedians. As the Catholic Actors' Church in the heart of London's Theatreland, we will be having a Mass in honour of St Genesius, offered for all those who work in the Performing Arts, both on stage as well as behind the scenes.
There will be a said Mass in English at 10am.
There will also be a Missa Cantata at 6:30pm on Monday 25th August here at Corpus Christi, Maiden Lane, Covent Garden. The music will be provided by the Southwell Consort and includes:
Missa Inviolata, Palestrina
Memor Esto, Palestrina
Ave Maria Virgo Serena, Mouton
