Our collective mission?
To make fitness accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for EVERY-BODY – regardless of gender, sexuality, size, ability, or experience level.
Together, we’re offering a martial arts inspired fitness workshop designed to empower, energise, and build community. While the session is open to everyone, it’s especially rooted in creating a safe, affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community to move, connect, and thrive.
What's involved:
✅A breakdown of the Martial Fit workout structure
✅Instruction on foundational Taekwondo/self defense techniques
✅Partner drills using pads for real-time application
✅A fun, full-body workout that improves strength, speed, and stamina
✅Stress relief & empowerment
